Payment Terms

25% of the total booking value is payable upfront to confirm your appointment.

This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the job.

Photos are provided as proof of the work carried out. Payment is due within 1 hour of the job being marked complete.

A £25 late payment fee is added if the balance remains unpaid after 2 hours.

After 24 hours, statutory £40 compensation plus 8% interest applies under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

All future bookings are paused until the outstanding balance is cleared in full.

We will not schedule or confirm new appointments while any previous invoice remains unpaid.

By proceeding with a booking or quote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms.
